UPDATE: This did not go as planned. I was not able to get enough moisture out to get the eggs to grind into a powder.
We get so many eggs that we cannot keep up with them. During the winter, we have none. I have tried water glassing some eggs and now I am going to try dehydrating them. Until I get tome to do a proper write up, check out this link.
